  • Low Season only: Stays of 3 consecutive nights or more - $10 per night discount.
  • Corporate and extended-stay rates: Are available, please call.
  • All rates include a full breakfast and snacks & drinks available at all times in the Guests' Sitting Room.
  • Reservations: All reservations must be guaranteed by a credit card - MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover accepted. Personal checks accepted if received two weeks prior to arrival.
  • Cancellation: There is no charge if cancellation notification is received seven days prior to the scheduled arrival. If cancellation is made six days or less before the date reserved, we will try to re-let your room; if successful there is no charge; if not, we reserve the right to charge up to the full cost of your stay to your credit card.
  • Group Reservations: All reservations for three rooms or more for the same dates(s) are considered a Group Reservation. A deposit of one night's accommodation will be charged at the time of booking a Group Reservation. Cancellation, or amendment to fewer nights or rooms, must be made 4 weeks prior to the scheduled arrival to avoid charges. Any later cancellation, or amendment to fewer nights or rooms, will forfeit the deposit and may result in additional charges up to the full cost of the stay.
  • Check-In: Between 3pm and 9pm. Other check-in times can be accommodated if scheduled in advance.
  • Check-out: By 11am please.
  • Children: Although we are primarily an adult inn, delightful children are welcome. Children can be accommodated on a rollaway bed in their parents' room and some of our rooms can accommodated two child beds. There is an additional $25 per night charge for each person occupying a rollaway bed. Babies in cribs are welcome at no additional charge. Cribs (without bed linen) and high chairs are provided. Please call to discuss your particular needs.
  • Pets: We are unable to accommodate animal guests.
  • Amerscot House Inn is a no smoking establishment.
